The flexible approach- As a new member you will sit down with a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist who understands what it is like to feel lost when it comes to balancing the fun, busy times of life with actually reaching your goals. We will set you up with the amount of food you should eat, the correct ratio of nutrients as well as a sample meal plan that shows you exactly how to hit your daily goals. We aim to eliminate any and all confusion when it comes to your diet so that you can avoid frustration and temptations.
The flexible dieting process is not a diet, it is more of a lifestyle. It puts the power back into your hands, meaning that there are no strict meal plans or food restrictions that need to be followed. You may be thinking to yourself, how do I lose weight if I can eat whatever I want?
Our entire team is dedicated to assisting you in finding the right balance that is sustainable for you to enjoy life and enjoy results. We do this by calculating your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and macronutrient needs before beginning. Then you can calculate the macro nutrients in the foods you want to eat to ensure you are eating the correct amount of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. We know, this sounds complicated, but trust us, our certified nutritionist are on hand and can help you easily make sense of this so that it isn’t a complicated math problem, but a very normal and easy way of life for you.

We became Aurora’s first gym that offered fat blasting functional workouts, Meal Prep and Online Fitness solutions.
