After my enlistment as an active duty Airman, I decided to pursue my passion and make the entrepreneurial leap to my professional career in fitness. Since high school I have had a passion for living lean and fit. This passion coupled with my desire to help those who surround me has led me to where I am today. I always knew that I wanted to own a fitness center but I didn’t know exactly what type of facility I would run. After the addition of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in my own workouts, it clicked. Its fun, it works and its quick. This was something that I could do even on the busiest days and kept me feeling energized, strong and lean. Whether your looking for that extra push in your cardio or want to use this on your transformation journey it WORKS and it’s a blast! Its so beneficial that I have decided to make a business out of it and I need your help! While I am considered a veteran as far as fitness is concerned, this is the official opening of my business. I guarantee that if you come in and do the work you WILL see the results that you are looking for. TWB IS the answer to your fitness goals! We provide HIIT and strength endurance based workouts along with nutrition assistance, accountability and access to our online platform for constant contact, motivation, tips and tricks! RACHEL BAILEY (Owner, Head of Training)
Hey, my name is Rachel. Growing up I played sports, became a cheerleader and stayed very active until college. Unfortunately, I let all that go and landed in a spot where I couldn’t do 1 pullup and was out of breath at the sight of the stairs. The first 5K Keith MADE me run I ended up getting in the pace car. At that point I made a decision and more importantly a commitment to myself that I was better than that. I wanted to be fit again but wasn’t too sure of my style of training. I’m not a bodybuilder, not a bikini model or a marathon runner. After the well known roller coaster of various fitness attempts I found HIIT and strength endurance training. During one of Keith’s deployments I joined a group fitness class. It gave me strength I’ve never had, made me feel amazing and started seeing muscles that I have only seen in anatomy class. And the supportive community kept me coming back for more! This led to me getting certified as a personal trainer and digging my nose in every book I could find about being a better coach. This passion grew and has brought me here to you. Over the past year I have built a book full of workouts that will leave you burning more calories all day long. I’m here to keep you accountable, build a community and teach you the LIFESTYLE of living lean and fit without living in the gym! I can’t wait to see you at one of our TWB Fitness sessions!
